Welcome to Branch! These are our terms of use. Please
take the time to read and understand them before you use our site,
branchhome.com. By shopping with us, you are agreeing to accept the
following conditions, under which we provide all our content and services.
Customer Service
Shipping
When will my order ship?
At Branch we use our best efforts to ship all in-stock merchandise within three business days of purchase. (In fact, most orders for in-stock items are processed same-day!)
Each of our product descriptions includes "availability" status. We do our best to keep this information up-to-date. If your order includes an item for which the availability status is different from what's posted, we will contact you within three business days.
What about registry orders?
For gift-registry purchases, Branch may not ship purchases immediately to registrants but instead may, pending registrants' direction, ship accumulated purchases in aggregated shipments.
What about international orders?
For international shipments, any duties or customs imposed are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is only charged once your order has shipped.
Returns
What's the return policy at Branch?
At Branch we only sell products we love. We want you to love our products as well. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, less shipping fees.
Items received as gifts can be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit, less shipping fees.
Please note that returned items must be in original condition, and complete with all packaging, tags, and instructions intact. Opened packages of tableware are not returnable, nor can we accept returns on custom orders.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We package all orders carefully by hand to ensure your items arrive in tip-top condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please call us at 877-626-1012 so that we can provide you with return instructions.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please package the item(s) carefully. Include a copy of either your Order Confirmation (emailed to you at time of purchase) or Packing Slip (included with most shipments). Indicate on that form your preference: a refund to your credit card or store credit.
Returns should be properly insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Items should be shipped to:

Store Credit
Store credit is valid for any time after date of issue, and is fully transferrable. There is no expiration date.
Special Orders
Once placed, orders for custom-made items cannot be cancelled, and are not returnable. Items that are special orders are clearly noted as such.
Your Account With Us
Logging In
Anyone using the web can enter branchhome.com, but in
order to make a purchase, a user must first log in. During
login, a user is required to give contact information (such
as name and email address). Logging in involves creating
a username and password, which allows access to a personal
account with purchase history and other information. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password and for restricting access to
your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for
all activities that occur under your account or password.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your
ZIP code), or if you no longer desire our services, we provide
a way to correct, update, or remove that personal data. This can
be done online by making corrections to the customer account, by

We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict
your use of this site if we have reason to believe you
have violated any of these terms of use, including providing
us with false information.
Shopping Online With Us
Branch reserves the right to refuse service or cancel
orders at its sole discretion.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product
is listed at an incorrect price, branchhome.com reserves
the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at
the incorrect price.
Taxes
Branchhome.com will withhold sales taxes for purchases
shipped to any location within the State of California.
Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes
on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales
tax imposed will be that of the State of California, or
7.25%. For orders shipping to addresses in San Francisco,
the rate of sales tax imposed will be that of the City
and County of San Francisco, or 8.50%.
User Requirements
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18
years of age, and that you are providing branchhome.com
with accurate, true, and complete information, and that
you have the authority to place the order. If you are under
18, you may use branchhome.com only with involvement of
a parent or guardian.
Necessary Information
On our order forms, we request additional information
from you: contact information (such as name, billing and
shipping addresses) and financial information (credit card
number, expiration date, etc.). This information is used
for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have
trouble processing your order, we use this information
to get in touch with you.
Security
This website takes precautions to protect your information.
When you submit sensitive information via the website,
your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our login/order form asks you to enter sensitive
information (such as a credit card number), that information
is encrypted and is protected with encryption software.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information
online, we also take measures to protect user information
off-line. We do not store credit card numbers from online
transactions. Access to the customer database is limited
to those employees with a need to perform specific functions
(such as shipping, order transaction, customer service
and billing), and access is password-protected.
All email communication regarding sales orders will refer
to credit card numbers only by their final four digits.

this site by means other than that provided by branchhome.com.

our users to enhance the experience on our site. We do

not be liable for the content, operation, or products available
through such other sites, nor for the privacy practices
of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware

Communication From Us
Emails
We send all new members a "welcome" email to
verify password and username. Established members will
occasionally receive information on new products or activities
at Branch, or other information we think
may be of interest. Please note that Branch will never
sell or share your email address with anyone.
Site and Service Updates
We may also send our members site and service announcement
updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service
announcements, which contain important information about
the service.
Privacy Policy
We promise responsible handling of sensitive customer
information. This privacy policy applies solely to information
collected by this website, www.branchhome.com.
Information Collection and Use
Branch is the sole owner of the information collected
on branchhome.com. The information is used entirely and
only by us, except in cases where we use third-party agents
to perform certain functions, such as credit card processing,
delivering packages, fulfilling orders, or analyzing data.

for the performance of those specific functions. These
