How quickly can I get my order?
Answer three simple questions to know how quickly your order will arrive.
1. Are the items you’ve ordered in stock?
It’s our promise to ship all in-stock* merchandise within three business days, or to contact you if that’s not possible. (Most orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped same-day.)
*Each of our product descriptions includes “availability” status. (You’ll find it near the bottom of the page.) If an item is in stock, we’ll ship it within three business days, or if that’s not possible, we’ll contact you.
2. Where is your order going?
Most items ship from our San Francisco warehouse via FedEx Ground service. (If you’re shipping to a residential address, Ground Service will appear as “FedEx Home Delivery” on the shipping page.) For domestic orders, Ground shipping times can range from one to five business days, depending on your location.
The closer you are to San Francisco, the shorter the delivery time. The map below is a handy guide for computing Ground/Home Delivery service ship times.
3. Which shipping method have you selected?
We want you to get your package when you need it. That’s why we offer FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Express Saver (3 Day) options, in addition to Ground/Home Delivery service. Costs for all shipping options are computed automatically during the checkout process, and you may review these options prior to entering your credit-card information.
Bear in mind that depending on your location, Ground/Home Delivery service may in fact be as speedy as Express options. See the map below.
One final tip:
If you have a specific need-by date, tell us in the Special Instructions field during checkout. We’ll do our best to get your order to you in time, or we’ll contact you to make other arrangements.
