If you’re new to Branch, welcome! We’re glad you’re here.
If you’re visiting us again, thank you. We appreciate you keeping us in mind.
That’s us pictured above – J.D., our Warehouse Manager; Alison, our Customer-Service Guru; Paul, our Founder and President; and Kim, our über-capable Intern. When you send us an email, it’s one of us who responds. When you call during business hours, it’s one of us who picks up the phone.
We’ve been around since 2005. Launched in Paul’s one-bedroom Mission-District apartment; three expansions later, our headquarters is a 3,000-square-foot office/warehouse space in San Francisco’s South of Market area.
Since day one, we’ve operated under some simple but important principles:
- We’re here because we care – about sustainability, about design, and about people.
- We curate. We don’t offer every product under the sun. The only pieces that make it into the Branch collection are those we’d like to have in our own homes.
- We’re a small team, not looking to be big, but looking to be great – in the eyes of the designers and manufacturers with whom we collaborate, and, of course, our customers.
- We operate on the radical idea that our customers should be treated the way we’d like to be treated.
