The White color in this pillow protector is achieved by treating the cotton with hydrogen peroxide, a benign bleaching agent that breaks down into hydrogen and water.
care:
This pillow protector is machine washable. Coyuchi recommends using warm water and non-phosphate soap in the washing cycle, with a cool tumble or line-dry. The use of bleaching agents is not recommended, as whiteners may diminish the brilliance and depth of the colors.
