This chop block is made from vertical-grain bamboo, which it them not only beautiful, but also extremely durable. Its large size provides a generous work surface for chopping, and its thickness gives it a weight that won't easily slide around as you're working.
Chop Blocks do not impart or absorb flavors, and with proper care, they'll last a lifetime.

Clean in hot soapy water and wipe dry. Prolonged soaking is not recommended. Revive your bamboo products with an all-natural cream or oil. For best results, use Bamboo Goo.
