CraftedSystems works in collaboration with the YWCA Women's Shelter of Portland, Oregon. Homeless women at the shelter are trained and provided employment assembling each piece by hand.

Felt is naturally heat- and moisture-resistant. Spills can wipe off quickly without soiling. If necessary, felt can be spot-cleaned with soap and water and air-dried, or it may be dry cleaned.
If a product is soiled beyond repair, some parts of it may be replaceable for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.
For general cleaning, occasionally take pieces outside and shake and tap them firmly to reduce dust buildup.
Please note that felt products should not be kept in constant direct sunlight, as they may eventually discolor.
