We offer two options, both of which can be personalized with a message of your choice:
1. An e-Certificate, which will be emailed to you or your recipient* (we will produce and email your Certificate within one business day), or
2. A Paper Certificate, mailed via U.S. Postal Service to you or your recipient. (There is no additional charge for this service; however, please factor in the time it will take for your Certificate to ship from our San Francisco offices.)

To add a personal message to your Certificate (either type), simply enter the message text in the Special Instructions field at the end of the checkout process. (Please keep your message to 150 characters or fewer.)
*If you're selecting the e-Certificate option and would like us to send the gift directly to the recipient, be sure to include the recipient's name and email address in the Special Instructions field. We'll take care of the rest.
