Hours of operation

We’re generally open Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding holidays. We can sometimes accommodate warehouse pickups during off-hours. To make special arrangements, please phone us at 415-626-1012.

Pick up your order in person

If you happen to live in or around San Francisco, you can take advantage of FREE warehouse pickup for most orders. (Simply select the “Store Pickup” option during checkout.)

Our warehouse is conveniently located in San Francisco’s SOMA District: we’re on Ninth Street, halfway between Folsom and Harrison. Scroll down for a map.

Via BART: Branch is four and a half blocks from the Civic Center BART/Muni stop.

Via Muni: We’re three and a half blocks from the Ninth Street stop on the F Market streetcar line. We’re also near the 9 San Bruno, 12 Folsom/Pacific, 14 Mission, and 19 Polk, 27 Bryant, and 47 Van Ness bus lines. Via automobile: We’re on Ninth Street, halfway between Harrison and Folsom. Note that all the streets in the neighborhood are one-way streets. (Ninth Street is northbound, Harrison is westbound, and Folsom eastbound.) If you have questions, we suggest you consult the little arrows on the Google Map, below. Metered street parking is generally abundant. BRING QUARTERS FOR PARKING, as the the DPT is notoriously efficient.

Picking up a large order, or require a freight elevator? We can help. Call us at 415-626-1012 to make arrangements in advance, and note that the pickup location is at the end of Gordon Alley (accessible off of Harrison Street between Eighth and Ninth Streets).

Once at 345 Ninth Street, enter through the (unlocked) street level door and go up the stairs. You’ll find Suite 202 just to your left.
